estate agent put together a
'comparative market analysis, or CMA
for short. Most have ready
software that make it an easy task ~
they simply enter your address and
up pops recent sales and current
listed properties, all good
information to know.
Even if you're not ready to sell or
buy a property, it's useful to have
established a good relationship with
one or more real estate agents.
Because you never know when you're
going to need one, and you'll avoid
winding up with one that's lazy or
ineffective.
